The following is our returns/refunds policy:
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your la crema manila dessert, in relation to defect within the product related to quality or freshness and not caused by delivery of third-party courier, please let us know about the problem within 48 hours of receipt of your product. Full or partial refunds and store credit are decided on a case-by-case basis but our ultimate goal is to give the best customer service and satisfy our customers. If an honest and genuine mistake was made on our part, we will do our very best to ensure that we address your feedback and complaint. We are not able to offer refunds in cases where the product was baked and decorated as how we usually make it, but a flavor or texture didn't meet a personal preference. Either way, we would love to hear from your and see how we can help!
