COVID-19 SAFETY
All of our ¡la crema! manila kitchen and admin staff are fully vaccinated as of July 2021. The whole team is stay-in & living in the commissary/staff house to ensure the consistent safety of our team and the products we provide to customers. In production, we implement strict safety and cleanliness measures from production kitchen (all staff wear hair net, masks, apron & disposable gloves), packing and fulfillment (mask & gloves always required). We also routinely sanitize all our areas and perform COVID-19 tests to our staff bi-monthly.

How soon can I get my order?
We have products that are available daily, until supplies last. you may get them in as soon as 1hr from your order. This is subject to stock availability and if item you orders has not sold out for the day.
For pre-orders, we require a 2 day lead time for orders to give us enough time to prepare. This applies to the 6inch/7inch and 9inch whole cheesecakes.
How early do I have to order?
You can order as early as 30 days ahead. For build orders, we would appreciate at least 7 days lead time. We also encourage ordering in advance even for products that are available daily to ensure we secure the stocks for you before they are sold out for your scheduled pick up date.
Do you have discounts for bulk orders?

What modes of payment can you accept?
We accept Bank Transfer, Cash & Cash on Delivery. We expect to have credit card payment options by October 2021.
Do you issue Official Receipt?
Yes we issue official receipt under our registered business. You may request from our staff during payment processing.
How can I get my order?
Customers may opt to book third party couriers or pick up personally.
Do you deliver?
We can also book the delivery for you upon request.
Will my order be safe with motorbike deliveries?
All of our products are safe and will be secure when picked up via motorbike delivery except for the 9inch cheesecakes which require car pick up/delivery.
DISCLAIMERS
Allergens
We at ¡la crema! manila use dairy products, eggs, peanuts, soybean, wheat, and other common ingredients that some of our customers might be allergic to. Feel free to reach out to us to check on the ingredients before processing your order.
No payment, no product
We will strictly enforce the no payment, no pick up policy. We will only release items that have been paid for by the customer or the third-party courier if Cash on Delivery option has been chose.
Cancellation of Orders
We will allow cancellation for orders, provided that
SAME DAY ORDERS: We will provide 100% full refund upon a customer's request provided that the products have not been picked up by customer or third party courier. We will no longer allow cancellations for same day orders one we have turned over the products for ick up by the customer or delivery by this party couriers.
PRE-ORDERS: we will only provide refund for pre-orders at least 24hrs before the scheduled date and pick up time provided in your order. We will also AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL orders that have not been confirmed up to 24hrs before the scheduled date and pick up time provided in your order. if you confirm past the 24hr window, we will do our best to meet the scheduled pick up date and time but we cannot assure/make any promises.
Refunds/Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your la crema manila dessert, in relation to defect within the product related to quality or freshness and not caused by delivery of third-party courier, please let us know about the problem within 48 hours of receipt of your product.
Full or partial refunds and store credit are decided on a case-by-case basis but our ultimate goal is to give the best customer service and satisfy our customers. If an honest and genuine mistake was made on our part, we will do our very best to ensure that we address your feedback and complaint. We are not able to offer refunds in cases where the product was baked and decorated as how we usually make it, but a flavor or texture didn't meet a personal preference.
