Cancellation Policy

We will allow cancellation for orders, provided that

• SAME DAY ORDERS: We will provide 100% full refund upon a customer's request provided that the products have not been picked up by customer or third party courier. We will no longer allow cancellations for same day orders one we have turned over the products for ick up by the customer or delivery by this party couriers.
• PRE ORDERS: we will only provide refund for pre-orders at least 24hrs before the scheduled date and pick up time provided in your order. We will also AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL orders that have not been confirmed up to 24hrs before the scheduled date and pick up time provided in your order. if you confirm past the 24hr window, we will do our best to meet the scheduled pick up date and time but we cannot assure/make any promises.
